Welcome to the Zurich Resilience Solutions (ZRS) 10-4 Defensive® Driving Program LMS Page!

ZRS has partnered with Safety Source to provide our 10-4 Defensive® Driving Program to insureds of both non-regulated and regulated drivers. Our lessons contain defensive driving content for sedan / light duty vehicles (non-regulated) and heavy-duty vehicles (regulated) in English and Spanish. Drivers will go through core defensive driving and distracted driving content that will provide them the tools, awareness, and recognition to drive safely amongst the motoring public and return home safely each evening. Following course completion, each driver will complete a mastery-based quiz. The minimum passing score is 80 percent, in which the driver will go back through failed sections until they obtain a passing score. Drivers can print or download their certificate of completion once they have successfully completed and passed the 10-4 Defensive® Driving course.
